Caring For Your Chamilia Jewelry
Chamilia silver and gold beads are treated to resist tarnishing. To give them a quick touch-up clean, we recommend using a silver polishing cloth. Do not use liquid silver polish as it removes the oxidation from the beads and bracelets. Also, be sure to remove your jewelry before entering hot tubs or pools, as exposure to harsh chemicals may alter its appearance.
Warranty
Chamilia allows returns on defective product returned within six months from the date of sale. Proof of purchase is required and returns are limited to manufacturer defects. General wear and tear, including damage from using liquid silver polish on the product, wearing it in pools or hot tubs, and normal fading, is not covered by the Chamilia Warranty Policy. Returns must be made to Chamilia retail partners like Pandora Jewelers.
